You can register official complaints against Google with various agencies for several infractions. Complaints from consumers is the only way the government will see the problem.
- CAN SPAM Act of 2003. When an Adsense account is closed, any linked Google Affiliate Network account will also be closed. Unfortunately, Google continues to send out the numerous GAN updates, with no way to opt out of the email. If you try clicking the link at the bottom, you’ll only get a sign up screen telling you that GAN is not enabled for your user name. This is illegal, as an opt out method is required for all promotional email. Each violation is an $11,000 fine. Register a complaint for violations at the following link, direct from the menu at ftc.gov.

- Antitrust violations.You can send complaints via email for antitrust violations, such as price fixing or mergers that could result in a less competitive environment (the Admeld acquisition is the latest). Send your complaint via email to antitrust.complaints@usdoj.gov
